The process of V. Bilivskyi

Hello, I am a user of Romanian Wikipedia. Your article is mentioning the supposed trial of a Ukrainian intellectual in the PRR called "V Bilivskyi". This person doesn't seem to exist. I couldn't find any reference to him neither on Romanian nor on Ukrainian websites. The piece of information written here also doesn't have a source.
